Our services
Our industrial electrical services
MAJ Solutions carries out your low-voltage electrical work in-house, from panel design to on-site installation, for new or existing equipment.
LV panels and switchboards
Design and build of power switchboards, automation panels and electrical enclosures: engineering, schematics, equipment selection, assembly and wiring.
Installation, cabling and connection
Installing cable trays, pulling power, control and signal cables, and installing and connecting panels, industrial equipment and instrumentation.
Modifying and extending installations
Adapting existing installations, modifying switchboards, adding circuits and integrating new equipment, including on sites in operation.
Testing, commissioning and documentation
Electrical checks, functional testing and commissioning of installations. Updated schematics and technical documentation supplied to the project’s requirements.
Demanding and regulated environments
We work in particular in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, where electrical work has to fit within operating, safety and documentation constraints.
Our work is prepared in coordination with your teams, following the procedures that apply on site, with documentation that can feed into technical and qualification files where needed.
Our approach
Work prepared for sites in operation
On an operating industrial site, every intervention has to fit in with the existing installations and production constraints. We prepare the work in coordination with your teams to anticipate interfaces, access and safety conditions.
Survey of the existing installation
Survey of the installations concerned, on-site check of the available electrical schematics and identification of interfaces with existing equipment. The technical scope is defined and approved with your teams.
Preparation and coordination
Work planned around production constraints, electrical lockouts, work permits, access conditions and co-activity with other contractors.
Execution and handover
Work carried out to the agreed scope and phasing, interfaces coordinated, and the installation handed back with updated technical documents.
Expertise suited to pharmaceutical and biotech environments
Our work fits the specific requirements of these environments:
Change management
Coordination with engineering, production and quality teams under the applicable change control procedures.
Work in controlled areas
Compliance with the access, gowning and contamination-prevention procedures specific to the areas concerned.
Traceability and documentation
Technical documents and test reports supplied in a usable form for maintenance, change tracking and qualification files.

Complementary expertise
From panel to sensors, integration under control
By bringing electrical, automation and instrumentation skills together in-house, MAJ Solutions simplifies the technical coordination of your projects.
A single point of contact to design, connect and integrate the different pieces of equipment, with particular attention to interfaces and commissioning.

Automation and supervision
Industrial PLC programming, HMI/SCADA interface development and integration of new equipment into existing systems.

Instrumentation and monitoring
Selection, connection and integration of sensors and transmitters to monitor critical parameters: temperature, humidity, differential pressure and oxygen.

Airlock management, Interlock
Configurable airlock management solution: door interlocking, opening conditions based on a time delay or a differential pressure measurement, configuration through a web interface and data made available to supervision systems.
Have a specific need?
We also study the development of custom electronic solutions and configurable systems, to the requirements of your application.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions about our electrical work
Our electrical schematics are out of date. Can you still take on the work?
Yes. We survey the installations concerned to identify the gaps between the available documentation and the actual situation. This analysis defines the modifications required and lets us update the schematics to match the work carried out.
Can you follow our equipment and documentation standards?
Yes. We build your site’s technical specifications into the design from the start: component brands and references, labelling rules, wiring conventions and electrical schematic formats. These requirements are reviewed with your teams to make sure they are compatible with the project.
Who carries out the RGIE compliance inspection?
In Belgium, the regulatory inspection of a new electrical installation or a significant modification under the RGIE, the Belgian general regulations on electrical installations, is carried out by an approved body. MAJ Solutions performs the checks related to its own work and prepares the technical documentation needed for the inspection.
For work in Luxembourg and France, we take the applicable local regulatory requirements into account.
